The developments below are either scheduled to be built or are under construction. These developments will contain Affordable and/or Workforce housing units. As of January 29, 2020 there are 277 deed restricted units in the pipeline, including 185 rental units and 92 ownership units.

- 174 N. King St. (King Street Condos): 24 Ownership Units (24 Affordable - Housing Trust Restriction), public-private partnership with Town of Jackson and Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust - complete
- Mercill Avenue Condos: 30 Ownership Units (30 Workforce), public-private partnership with Teton County and Mercill Partners - under construction
- Kelly Place: 12 Ownership Units (12 Workforce), public-private partnership with Town of Jackson and Roller Development & Tack Development - under construction
