Housing Rules and Regs 45-day Public Comment Period September 21, 2022 - November 5, 2022.

Town of Jackson 3 Readings - October 3, October 17, and November 7, 2022

The Housing Department is making some updates to the Jackson/Teton County Housing Department Rules and Regulations. The document is currently released to the public for the 45 day public comment period required by Wyoming State Statute. Hard copies are available at the Housing Department offices located at 320 S. King Street or in the Teton County Clerk's office located in the Administration Building on the corner of Simpson and Willow. You can also review the document by clicking the link below.

Public Comment can be emailed to housing@tetoncountywy.gov or can be provided in person at any of the scheduled Town Council or Board of County Commissioners meetings. The final hearing prior to adoption will be held on November 7, 2022 at 3:00 pm in the Board of County Commissioners Chambers.
