Other Incident Info: | Astoria Bridge is closed to all traffic (vehicular and pedestrian) until it can be assessed due to damage incurred on 12/08/2022 when the bridge was struck by a semi truck. |

Roads: | Astoria Bridge from S Highway 89 across the Snake River to Riverbend Rd. is CLOSED until further notice by the bridge owner, the Snake River Sporting Club Improvement Service District. An emergency access detour is available to residents and workers ONLY in high clearance four wheel or all-wheel drive personal vehicles with good snow tires along the Forest Service emergency access to Hoback Junction South Rd. This emergency access will be open between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. from 12/08/2022 through 12/11/2022 with alternating one-way traffic. Once the bridge is assessed extent of damage, the Snake River Sporting Club ISD will formulate a longer-term plan for access to the Snake River Sporting Club.
