FEBRUARY: If You See Something, Say Something

Report Suspicious Activity

Public safety and security are everyone’s responsibility. By being alert and reporting suspicious activity to your local law enforcement, you can protect your family, neighbors, and community. Learn the signs of suspicious activity at www.dhs.gov/see-something-say-something/recognize-the-signs

Take Action

When you observe a suspicious activity, take note of the “5W’s”:

  1. Who did you see?
  2. What did you see?
  3. When did you see it?
  4. Where did it happen?
  5. Why was it suspicious?

If there is an emergency, always call 911. Otherwise call the Teton County Sheriff Office Dispatch non-emergency line (307-733-2331) to report suspicious activity.
