Campaign Committees & Political Action Committees

All local candidate's campaign committees, and all local PACs shall file a statement of formation within 10 days after formation, and file it with the County Clerk.

Additionally, all committees shall file an itemized statement of contributions at least 7 days before the election, and an itemized statement of contributions and expenditures within 10 days after a primary, general, or special election with the County Clerk.
