The Teton County Planning and Building Services Department office is open to the public. Building permits and other planning applications are still being accepted and processed, and building inspections will still be provided until further notice. Teton County has one Code Compliance Officer, whom investigates alleged violations, performs site inspections, and strives to achieve prevention and abatement of violations. Many of the violation investigations take place after a complaint is received from concerned citizens or neighbor.
