Affordable Housing program

The Affordable Housing Program has income and asset limits and requires that at least one member of a household works full-time in Teton County for a minimum of one year. Our definition of "full time" is at least 1560 hours per year. To be eligible for our rentals, you must be in the 0% - 120% Median Family Income range for your household size.  Years and hours worked must be provable via the Application Checklist linked on our Buy/Rent page. Watch the video above to learn more.

Affordable Homes

Rentals

The only apartment building that we currently facilitate rentals with is The Grove apartment complex. When one of these apartments becomes available, we will send you a notification via text and/or e-mail to those who have already completed an online Intake Form, along with instructions to enter the weighted drawing for that unit.  When units become available, that information is posted here. You may not enter a weighted drawing unless you have completed the online Intake Form prior to the lottery being announced. You are responsible for updating your Intake Form as changes in your status occur. Signing in to your Intake Form account after a weighted drawing has been announced will disqualify you from being able to participate in that weighted drawing.

Ownership

Affordable ownership housing is located throughout the valley in Wilson, Melody Ranch, Teton Village, Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis, and in Town. It includes single-family homes, town homes, and condominiums. Home prices range, depending on the home’s income range, number of bedrooms, the age of the home, and amenities, such as a garage. When one of these homes becomes available, we will send you a notification via text and/or e-mail to those who have already completed an online Intake Form, along with instructions to enter the weighted drawing for that home.  When units become available, that information is posted here.
