The developments below are either scheduled to be built or are under construction. These developments will contain Affordable and/or Workforce housing units. As of January 2023, 920 deed restricted homes were in the development pipeline. To learn more about the future unit pipeline, see Appendix D in the 2023 Housing Supply Plan.
