Housing Authority Developed Workforce Homes
The Housing Authority developed and sold 12 Workforce Ownership Units at the Grove. The Housing Authority does not currently own any developments that contain Workforce Rental Units. If you are looking for a Workforce Rental Unit, please see our Teton County Rental Resources. If any current Workforce Homeowners decide to sell, a qualified buyer will be selected through our weighted drawing process.
Workforce Homes Provided by Independent Developers
Most of the Workforce homes in our community are developer provided due to Teton County Land Development Regulations (LDRs) that require and/or provide incentives for developers to provide a portion of deed restricted units when building a market development. Tenants and/or initial owners are selected by the developer directly. The Housing Department is resposible for managing compliance of all households to ensure that the tenants and/or owners meet the requirements of the recorded restriction. We do not set the initial pricing for developer provided Workforce units -- rather it is whatever the market will allow.
If you would like to be eligible to enter weighted drawings for homes and/or sign up for our mailing list to learn when new units are available, you need to fill out our online Intake Form. Click here to learn more about our process.
