The County administration department is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their small team and serve an integral role to the Commissioners’ Administrator. A successful candidate is reliable, a self-starter who is able to work autonomously, has initiative and takes pride in their work. In this role you will be required to:
- Receive and direct phone calls, visitors and inquiries related to Teton County and County Commissioners.
- Reconcile and process invoices, track data, and maintain documents and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of department budget.
- Work on special projects, manage calendars, and coordinate program activities.
This role requires an intermediate to advanced MS Office suite skill set and an eye for detail.
