On May 2, 2022, the County Commission and Town Council unanimously approved the annual Housing Supply Plan presented by Housing Director, April Norton. The plan outlines the tools and tactics the Housing Department will utilize to catalyze the creation of new affordable workforce homes and the preservation of existing affordable workforce homes.
