ISWR’s web-based payment feature, Bill Pay It, continues to provide incorrect account information for some account holders. Our credit card merchant has been unable to resolve this ongoing issue. ISWR has decided to disable the Bill Pay It website until it is working properly.
We apologize for any confusion and frustration the Bill Pay It website has caused. ISWR wants to provide a consistent, easy to use online payment method and will continue to work with the credit card merchant until these issues are resolved.
