This position supervises the recreation programming staff and manages the development of new and innovative programs to meet the diverse needs of our community. Ideal candidate is self-motivated and an enthusiastic professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruits, trains, and assigns tasks and projects;
- Implements marketing plans, budgets and grants
- Plans and administers recreation and leisure programs;
- Facilitates the relationship between the staff and our community.
Qualifications: B.S. in Recreation or related field; CPR/First Aid/AED, CPRP, and 4 years demonstrated supervisory and events programming experience.
