Teton County Planning and Building Department is seeking a motivated, self-directed individual to coordinate and provide clerical and administrative support to professional staff. Successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Experience using databases is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Research and resolve customer service, administrative, and technical issues.
- Coordinate and maintain department files, records, and tracking systems.
- Process and reconcile invoices and accounts payables.
