Searching for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or related field with some supervisory experience. This position is hands-on, and work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Some nights and weekends will be required.
Job Duties:
- Perform skilled building repairs and maintenance, including minor plumbing and electrical.
- Regularly prepare and clean arenas, and grounds for community use, special events, and seasonal snow removal.
- Assist in preparation of various events, and the annual County Fair
The compensation for this position is: $21.95 - $23.06 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package for the employee and their dependents.
