The Teton County and Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is seeking a licensed Wyoming attorney with a minimum of two years’ experience practicing criminal law. Jury trial experience is a must. Our ideal candidate has a solid grasp of Wyoming criminal law and procedure, can organize workloads, set priorities, and meet deadlines with effective and clear communication both written and verbal, while working in a team environment.
Essential Duties Include:
- Preparing and prosecuting misdemeanor and felony offenses in Circuit Court, District Court, and handling matters in Juvenile Court.
- Conducting plea negotiations.
- Legal research and writing.
- Providing legal advice to law enforcement agencies.
