The Grove

The Grove Neighborhood - 20 rental homes & 48 ownership homes

The Grove, located in Midtown Jackson, consists of 20 rental homes, 48 ownership homes, and 3 free market commercial spaces. The development was built in three phases: 

  1. The Grove Apartments - development by the Jackson Teton County Housing Authority and completed in 2015.
  2. The Grove Condominiums Phase II - developed by the Jackson Teton County Housing Authority and completed in 2016. 
  3. The Grove Condominiums Phase III - developed via a public-private partnership between the Jackson Teton County Housing Department, Housing Authority, and Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area.
