New Online Account and Application Platform

The Housing Department has transitioned to a new online account and application platform.

The new platform, Interest Application, will streamline the application process making it easier to enter a drawing for a home. The only verification documents you are required to upload to your account to enter an ownership or rental housing drawing are your current and previous work history. If you are selected in a drawing, we will then require additional information to verify that you qualify to rent or purchase the home. 

If you had an active Intake Form account, you have received an email from us with a registration code and instructions on how to complete the Interest Application. Please follow those instructions and use your registration code to create your account and complete the Interest Application. The email that you were sent came from Jackson/Teton County Housing Department from email address: no-reply@rentcafe.com .

If you did not have an Intake Form account with the Housing Department, click this link to create an account and complete the Interest Application.

Once you complete the Interest Application, you will receive an email whenever there is a unit available for which you are eligible based on the information you have provided. It is very important that your Interest Application is accurate because you will not be invited to enter drawings outside of your Income Range. If you are selected in a drawing, you will be required to verify all information provided in your Interest Application.
