County Budget Public Information

Financial records are available for public inspection in the Teton County Accounting Office. We prefer appointments; however, you may drop by our offices Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. For an appointment call 307-733-4430.

Information Available

Information available from the Accounting Office includes:

• County Budget books fiscal years 1965 to 2000.
• Custom reports available on request.
• Generic payroll information (Information on specific employees is considered confidential.)
• Independent Audit Reports fiscal years 1983 to 1999.
• Original payment vouchers and invoices for the last complete fiscal year and the current fiscal year to date.
• Other  original payment vouchers and invoices are stored at the County Records  Center for six years and may be requested with two days notice.
• Public payroll information is published in the Jackson Hole Guide in January and July of each year.
  

Photocopies are available for a standard fee per page.
