Climbing Club

Registration

Registration is required and available through our online portal. Registration opens at 12:00PM on the session registration date and is first-come, first-served.

Please Note: This is not a lottery-based registration.

Requirements

• Students must be pre-registered for kids club through our online portal 
• Child information forms, medical authorization forms and payment must be received prior to first day of session 

Sessions

• Session 1
  • Registration: 12:00PM on August 19th, 2025
  • Session Dates: September 9th - October 9th
• Session 2
  • Registration: 12:00PM on October 1st, 2025
  • Session Dates: October 21st - November 20th
• Session 3
  • Registration: 12:00PM on December 7th, 2025 
  • Session Dates: January 6th - February 5th
• Session 4
  • Registration: 12:00PM on January 12th, 2026
  • Session Dates: February 17th - March 19th

Location

TCJPR Recreation Center Climbing Gym

• Students from other TCSD schools will be dropped off via the activity bus.
  • Bus riders will be met at the unloading zone by a staff member.
• JES students will be walked to the gym and checked in by staff.

Time

Tuesdays & Thursdays on regular school days

• Pick-up window: 5:15 – 5:30 p.m. 

Please Note: Extended pick-up is not available for climbing club

Daily Schedule

• 3:05pm - 4:00pm: Free time & snack 
• 4:00pm - 5:15pm: Guided climbing at the rock wall in the rec center.
• 5:15 - 5:30pm: Pick-up time! 

Cancellations & Refunds

• Requested 10+ days before session start: Full Refund
• After session start: No partial session refunds for Climbing Club
