Different trainers, different ways to train

Our trainers provide expert guidance, motivation, and accountability to help you improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall wellness—safely and effectively.

Michael - will work with you one-on-one towards your specific fitness goals, using the equipment you will find on the Fitness Mezzanine floor.

Charlie - operates his training sessions in a semi-private format (up to three people per session), each working towards their own goals under his careful watch. One of his specialties is kettlebells; ask him how you can incorporate them into your training!

Pricing

The personal training sessions are held either on the Fitness Mezzanine floor or in the Moran studio room. These sessions are $50 each and DO NOT require a membership. Participants are required to fill out a health questionnaire prior to the first session at checkout.
