Overview

Wilson Park is a seven unit development consisting of single family detached homes. Also a part of this development is a Habitat for Humanity home and six market lots.

All seven units are Affordable with each having a little different designed look from the outside.

There is one 3-bedroom unit that is Category 2. The rest are 2-bedroom units. Two are Category 1, two are Category 2, and two are Category 3 lot 1 was conveyed to Habitat for Humanity to construct a home. All seven of these homes are managed by TCHA.
