Lot 76 was further subdivided into affordable housing units known as Wilson Third and one attainable lot 79. Additionally, lots 65 to 72 are known as the Primrose Affordable Housing Neighborhood.

The developer sold the attainable lots to qualified households in 1998 and those households built homes soon after.
